Cibo a Regola d’Arte is an event organised several times a year by the Italian media company RCS. The event’s theme is food as art, and it was last held in Milan during the weekend of 16–19 May. Cromaris had its own table at the event, where guests had the opportunity to try Cromaris specialties. The programme spanned over 4 days and included lectures, discussions, and workshops, with the future as its main topic. What will be the food of the future? Will it be possible to create truly ethical, legal, and sustainable food supply chains? Will it be possible to eliminate exploitation and poverty, while focusing on health and equality? Cromaris provides the answers to some of those questions through its sustainable aquaculture. They were presented by Cromaris Italia’s CEO Davide Furlan at the food talk held on the final day of the event.
